To be eligible for this program:
- Your mouth must be healthy — no active, untreated disease, such as gum (periodontal) disease, decay (cavities), root sensitivity, oral cancer, etc.
- You have completed at least 3 consecutive dental cleanings at Avenue Dental Care in Edmonds over the last year and a half.
- You have had a complete dental examination within 6 months (including x-rays and photos).
- Your account must be current.
